mission:
• Introducing the Society's activities and objectives within and outside the Assembly and receiving the public and visitors from men.
• Representing the Society in its participation in the pillars and social events in different events.
• To propose plans for the implementation of the events and their costs and to submit them to the Director of Administration according to the procedures of the Assembly.
• Supervise the implementation of the activities or posts after being approved by the Department of Relations
• Coordinate with colleagues on coverage, design or documentation
• Coordinate with other departments on approvals, financial covenant, regulatory or specialized aspects
• Follow the general appearance that reflects the identity of the association at home or abroad
• Introducing ideas and suggesting mechanisms for work
• Document activities and posts in the image and video.
