Job description:
- One period (lips) 8 hours and a half
- Reply by phone to all incoming connections and connected client service.
- Registration of some points in a special program of the Col Center.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and services provided.
- Working to solve customer problems and complaints satisfactorily to the client.
- Dealing with customer inquiries accurately and completely.
- Use customer service skills to find the best ways to deal with each client.
- Commitment to work schedules in attendance and departure and the period of work.
- Follow the policies and procedures for work.
Requirements:
  • A public secondary school as a minimum and preferably a diploma holder
  • Full knowledge of using the computer and the applications of Office
  • Preferred with previous experience in the same field and specialization (customer service)
  • To be a resident of the Eastern Region
  • Must be at least 20 years old and not more than 30 years old
  • Full-time work
  • the ability to work under pressure
  • Good conduct
  • Skills of tact in conversation
