- Providing advice and writing notes in the field of Saudi commercial law and Islamic law, drafting corporate incorporation contracts and partner decisions
Requirements:
Experience in commercial law and corporate
Formulating and reviewing all types of contracts and agreements concluded by the company with institutions or individuals in Arabic and English
Instance and defend the interests of the company against any claims and all claims that require the writing of a warrant, and make defenses before the competent court
Preparing all documents for the general meetings
Prefer work experience in the same field in the Kingdom
