• Perform regular and emergency maintenance of central air conditioning, refrigeration and cooling rooms
• Inspect and inspect all air conditioners and accessories in the administration building from the roof and until the last floors of the settlement and ensure the safety and health of work daily.
• Inspect all pumps and air conditioning systems in all facilities of the building and ensure their safety.
• Handle any malfunction in the equipment and report any malfunction and request support from the responsible engineer if the defect can not be controlled.
• Preventive maintenance of the equipment in the administration building and all branches based on the program prepared by the direct supervisor and maintenance of emergency breakdowns.
• Providing technical and physical support for different maintenance departments and teamwork.
• Contribute to the necessary general maintenance work.
• Contribute to reducing maintenance costs by maintaining equipment.
• Perform any other work in the scope of work to be assigned by the maintenance engineer or the department manager.
Requirements:
