- Responsible for instruction in techniques, skills, methods and procedures required for survival training. He / she is expected to receive regular guidance to learn swimming survival techniques as part of their instructor's job requirements.
Main duties:
1. Instructs trainees on basic survival techniques
2. Prepare lesson plans.
3. Able to use classroom teaching and visual aids.
4. Administers, supervisors, written scores and performance tests.
5. Notes, lawyers, evaluation of trainees.
6. Trainees' records, such as attendance and grade, are prepared and presented as a paper.
7. Maintains the standards of discipline, safety and housekeeping in his office in assigning the location of the classroom, shop or work.
8. Develop performance-based tests.
9. Recommends administrative procedures for trainees.
10. Coordinates on-site training activities with pro-departments.
11. Makes recommendations on and assists in the development, implementation and evaluation of curriculum and training assistance.
