1. Inquiries about telephone and e-mail inquiries are answered and interviewed during the student registration period electronically.
2. Follow-up of the incoming transactions of the Department and its classification and delivery to the officials.
3. Reply to the letters.
4. Receiving transactions and entering them into an Excel workbook that contains detailed data about the student.
5. Receive the files from the excellent mail and check them and make sure the papers are complete.
6. After the announcement of the results of admission students are notified of their acceptance by text message.
7. Passing the file through a bar code device in order to notify the student of receipt of the file.
8. Communicate with accepted students in the event of any problem in the files contact the student and inform the problem and directed to the required.
9. Arrange files and folders and place them in the places allocated to them.
