- Supervising the personnel of the security department and achieving security objectives and working on developing them
- Good planning, taking appropriate and necessary measures and monitoring the work of security personnel.
- Provide the necessary proposals for the development of work in the Security Section.

- Monitoring employees within the company's work sites in relation to the company's property.

- Prepare the schedules of the shifts of security guards on working days, holidays and vacations in coordination with the Director of Administrative Affairs to approve this.
- Develop and train the performance of security guards in coordination with the company's training department.

- Issuing cards for visitors and making the necessary records for visits in coordination with the responsible body.
- Evaluate the performance of the security department.
- Finding alternative in case of absence of security guard from his alternation for any reason in coordination with the security guard, whose period precedes the period of work of the absent guard and also in coordination with the security guard, whose period of work follows the period of work of goalkeeper absent
- Finding an alternative security guard during the resignation or dismissal of any security guard
- Daily follow-up with other security guards who work at the company's stations, whether in relation to their time or in connection with the daily reporting of the security situation at the company's site at the beginning of each day's work.
- Follow-up attendance and departure and absence of security guards and raise the Director of Human Resources.
- Daily follow up of the surveillance cameras of the main building of the company as well as other sites of treatment plants and succession and provide us with a daily report on it
- Preparation of the necessary plan in coordination with the Director of Human Resources in emergency situations, as well as in the company's celebrations on securing the site and the distribution of security guards

Requirements:
Experience in the field of industrial security in a period of not less than 5 years
