1. Perform the necessary procedures to provide the company's entire purchases.
2. Receiving and sorting the company's needs from local purchases and obtaining and comparing quotations.
3. Follow-up of the adoption of requests for items by officials in the company.
4. Establish a database of accredited local suppliers and open the door to dealing with new suppliers of newly requested items.
5. Prepare a periodic report on the purchases of the company and the extent of compliance with the items of the budget estimates, and to explain the reasons for disagreement and discuss with departments and sections requesting extra-budgetary items.
6. Division and distribution of work with the local procurement representatives headed by him.
7. Upload weekly / monthly reports.
8. Any other work entrusted to him by his superiors within the scope of his work.
Requirements:
Experience in the field of local and foreign procurement for at least 7 years
Experience in supply from abroad
English proficiency spoken and written
