- Plan, organize, coordinate and monitor all matters related to the internal management of the institution and participate in determining its policy and supervises and manages everything related to the work
- To review the reports received by the Department of Management and oversee the analysis
- Study the problems that arise and develop solutions. Supervises technical and administrative supervision of employees and works to raise their efficiency, and takes into account the application of occupational safety and health regulations.
