Responsibilities:
- Evaluating claims with regards to eligibility
- Manage approval requests , beneficiaries companies and follow up monthly treatment for chronic patients
- Case management
- Follow -up hospital cases
- Answer inbound (both land and hot lines) calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquires
Requirements:
Transferrbale visa is a must
Experience in the same field is preferable
Computer skills (MS office applications)
Arabic/English language ( reading & writing )
Language requirements:
English-good
