Job description:
Performance tasks
1. Implementing special policies and procedures related to performance management and verifying their conformity with the established instructions.
2. Evaluate the performance of the employees in all the organizational units in the company in accordance with the regulations adopted in the company.
3. Preparation of periodic reports on the evaluation of the performance of staff and ensure the process of filling the records of performance and annual reports and achievements of the organizational unit and evaluation in order to improve performance and workflow.
4. Implement all stages of the performance management system for staff in coordination with sector heads and department managers to identify and develop key performance indicators and monitor and evaluate the performance of all employees in the company.
5. Coordinate the process of explaining their objectives, standards and performance measurement indicators.
6. Implementation of the performance evaluation process within the deadlines and timetables set for all levels of the company.
7. Compile, analyze, and translate evaluation results (in coordination with the Performance, Compensation and Benefits Management Specialist) to talent management programs (training, development, succession planning and succession and other HR functions).
8. Review and address the complaints of employees regarding the results of the performance evaluation of employees.
Training tasks
1. Coordination of training and development operations in cooperation and coordination with heads of sectors and directors of departments and departments concerned and centers or institutes provided training and development programs.
2. Working side by side with all organizational units in the company to determine training requirements and needs.
3. Introducing the individual training needs of staff in the HR system.
4. Implementation of training and development plans and programs based on the results and outputs of the staff performance system and the requirements to improve and develop them.
5. Analyzing the training needs and raising the results for a training and development specialist for guidance.
6. Explain the introductory profile of the training courses for the staff and send the necessary information on the location and time of training for trainees.
7. Communicate the centers and training institutes and coordination with regard to logistics services (such as scheduling dates, venue, meeting rooms, training materials, etc.) and the needs of staff during training courses, to ensure quality in the management and implementation of training programs.
8. Provide the evaluation forms for the trainees to evaluate the content of the training courses.
9. Establish good relations with the centers and training institutes.
