Job description:
- Participate in the development of the main objectives of the company and participate in the formulation.
- Preparation of sub-plans and executive programs for administrative affairs to achieve the main objectives of the company.
- Participating in the meetings called for and expressing opinions in the results and decisions.
- Archive and issue all decisions issued by senior management and approval.
- Supervising the development of a system for the classification and numbering of all official records, documents and documents.
- Responsible for announcing / informing all employees of administrative decisions after their adoption.
- Chairing and managing periodic meetings of the Directorate of Administrative Affairs and assisting in the issuance of appropriate decisions based on the facts received.
- Implementation of approved quality plans for administrative affairs.
- Participate in the formulation and preparation of administrative procedures in coordination with other departments.
- Reviewing and auditing the procedures, models, records and instructions of the quality system on administrative matters before being approved by the Director General.
- Studying complaints about the company in conjunction with all departments and departments concerned.
- Ensure that all administrative instructions are already followed and sanctions are imposed on violators.
- Apply public relations policies and procedures that enhance the company's reputation at home and abroad.
- Control the use and maintenance of equipment, means of transport, communication and other administrative services.
- Fully responsible for the car maintenance campaign, dealing with traffic authorities and all that follows.
- Fully responsible for the processing and rehabilitation of service buildings, and take the necessary preventive and remedial measures to maintain these buildings.
- Responsible for the security and preservation of the contents of the company from theft and has the right to issue instructions and decisions that enable him to do so.
- Training personnel working in administrative affairs on their work and transfer their experience to them.
- Submit weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to senior management and discuss these reports in periodic meetings of directors.
- Ensure that all administrative instructions are already followed and sanctions are imposed on violators.
- Responsible for distributing and equipping new employees premises in cooperation with other departments.
- Supervising the securing of the needs of the workplace with the necessary stationery.
- Supervise all matters related to the work of agriculture and hygiene and direct orders in this regard.
- Follow-up of transport insurance for all employees in the company.
- Follow-up of securing transport means for all duties for all departments during and outside official working hours.
- Follow up the work of personnel and make sure they complete files for employees and register them in the Labor and Social Security Bureau.
- Evaluation of proposals for the development of administrative procedures dealing with administrative services in the company.
- Supervision and implementation of all the procedures of contracts for the rental of buildings of the company.
