To expand and diversify the sources of financing of the Foundation's projects by developing the relationship with banks and other financing entities. The company has a third grade rating in government buildings and has projects with the Electricity Company and SABIC Subcontractor
- Develop annual plans for the needs of the institution of equipment, materials and labor
- Prepare the necessary plans for the implementation of projects and study timetables and follow-up implementation
- Prepare the organization's organizational structures and identify the tasks and responsibilities of each individual in the institution
- Strategic planning for the establishment of the institution and expanding the base and areas of work
- Bring new projects and studies and pricing
- Guidance to enter tenders, study them and submit bids
- Supervision of the work of the departments of project management and include the implementation of projects of government buildings and the Department of Electricity Projects and the Technical Office
- Follow-up implementation work on a daily basis and solve the administrative and technical problems faced by project managers and engineers
- Evaluate the performance periodically and submit specialized technical reports on the completion of projects as well as on the level of performance of engineers and various implementation teams
- Supervising the preparation of financial summaries of projects and follow-up procedures of disbursement from the owner
- Coordination and continuous communication with the owners of projects in various administrative and technical matters, especially the appropriations of the executive plans and materials
- Direct relationship with the Director General of the institution and reporting to him
- Full supervision of procurement management and diversification of sources of supply
- Full supervision of financial management and follow-up of revenues and expenses
- Full supervision of the Department of Administration and Human Resources
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Experience in tenders and project management
Experience of at least 10 years of which at least 3 years as Executive Director
He has experience in executing Saudi government projects, Aramco projects, SABIC companies and also the electricity company
Excellent English language reading, speaking and writing
