(HVAC) Extension of heating, cooling and ventilation systems of fire alarms, fire extensions and gaseous installations
- Direct supervision of projects and follow-up developments from start to finish.
- Designing and drawing drawings and clarifying their precise details using software related to mechanical design.
- Calculate loads and clarify them in the chart
- Prepare schedules, control workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Studying the plans submitted by the customers and preparing suitable bids.
- Calculate the costs and put an average price according to price fluctuations and determine the percentage of profit in each fluctuation
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
Years experience in the same field
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Computer proficiency and design programs
Practical experience in supervision and ability to deal with individuals and negotiate projects
Knowledge of the Saudi markets
Know the specifications and specifications of civil defense
Forming relationships with the contractors and mastering the art of persuasion
