- Respond to telephone calls and record all data in customer follow-up system.
- Conduct day-to-day telephone calls, follow up with potential customers and market e-courses
- Follow-up with clients after the course and confirmation of the completion of registration procedures on the website.
- Helping customers solve their problems through management.
- Supervision and follow-up of the implementation of the courses with relevant trainers, trainees, management and clients.
Requirements:
Computer and Internet proficiency
Mastering Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Email.
Tact in communicating, communicating and dealing with customers
Adherence to work schedules
Preference for residents of northeast Riyadh.
Working hours are from 9 am - 5 pm Sunday through Thursday
