1. Respond to phone calls and record all data in customer follow-up system.
2. Conduct day-to-day telephone calls and follow-up with potential customers and record them.
3. Follow-up with clients after the course and confirmation of completion of registration procedures on the website.
4. Help customers solve their problems through management.
5. Supervising and following up the implementation of the courses with the relevant trainers, trainees, management and clients.
6. Organizing the director's schedule and coordinating meetings
Requirements:
Computer and Internet proficiency
Mastering Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Email.
Tact in communicating, communicating and dealing with customers
Adherence to work schedules
Preference for residents of northeast Riyadh.
Working hours are from 9 am - 5 pm Sunday through Thursday
