The Role:
- This is a market-facing, relationship-led role focused on increasing participation from Saudi families and developing partnerships with Saudi schools.
- You will act as local Saudi market lead, bringing cultural insight, Arabic-language engagement, and trusted relationships to support long-term growth.
- You will work closely with internal teams to ensure programmes are culturally aligned, commercially viable, and operationally successful.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow Saudi Customer Participation:
- Increase registrations from Saudi nationals across Elite’s venues and programmes
- Support localisation of programmes, schedules, pricing, and communication to suit Saudi families
- Build trusted relationships with Saudi parents, community groups, and local networks
- Lead Arabic-language engagement including WhatsApp communication, parent meetings, and community outreach
- Gather customer feedback to improve conversion, satisfaction, and retention
Develop Partnerships with Saudi Schools:
- Identify and engage Saudi private schools, bilingual schools, and MOE-licensed schools
- Lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations in Arabic and English
- Support the development of pilot programmes and long-term school partnerships
- Coordinate internally to ensure contracts, pricing, and delivery meet school expectations
- Support post-contract relationship management to ensure long-term success
Market & Cultural Advisory:
- Act as an internal Saudi market advisor
- Provide guidance on cultural expectations, gender-specific programming, communication tone, and community trust-building
- Support the marketing team with Arabic content direction and campaign feedback
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Track key market activity and provide regular updates to the management team
- Contribute to planning and forecasting for Saudi market expansion
