Tasks and responsibilities:
- Receiving and welcoming guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Registering guests in and out efficiently through the reservation system
- Respond to guests’ inquiries and provide appropriate assistance
- Coordination with the hotel’s various departments to ensure guests’ comfort
- Manage and transfer phone calls as needed
- Dealing with complaints and solving problems quickly and professionally
- Follow up on room reservations and update the data regularly
- Maintaining the appearance of the reception area in a neat and tidy manner
Requirements:
A high school diploma as a minimum, preferably a diploma or bachelor’s degree in tourism or hospitality
Previous experience in the field of hotel reception
Excellent communication skills in Arabic, and proficiency in English
