Key Responsibilities:
- Typing and formatting documents such as tenders, reports, and correspondence in both English and Arabic
- Ensuring high accuracy and timely completion of all tasks
- Proofreading and editing typed content for errors and clarity
- Managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information
الشروط والمهارات:
Typing speed of 50-60 words per minute (WPM) in both English and Arabic with high accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Suite
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic
Previous experience in typing or data entry is preferred
Familiarity with transcription or document management software
Experience handling large volumes of data and complex documents
