Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic financial insights to support the organization’s growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage the company's financial planning processes, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the organization meets its financial obligations.
- Cost Control: Analyze and control costs by developing and implementing financial strategies to improve profitability.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls; assess and mitigate financial risks.
- Investment Analysis: Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities; assess potential returns on investments and manage portfolio performance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team; provide guidance and support to ensure department objectives are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and sister companies to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for financial management.
الشروط والمهارات:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
10 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in a managerial role
Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial modeling
Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
