Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the maintenance and care of all trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas within our projects.
• Lead and manage landscaping operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Prepare and submit bids for government and private sector projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare detailed technical documents, reports, and commercial proposals.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to determine maintenance needs and project requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members as needed.
الشروط والمهارات:
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture / Landscaping, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience in landscaping and maintenance, with a strong focus on trees and shrubs
Proven experience in bidding and managing government projects in the Gulf region
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for writing technical documents and commercial proposals
Strong understanding of landscaping best practices, Pest control , techniques, and materials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and project management skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed
