- Assist with the recruitment process, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate training and development activities for employees, including scheduling and logistics.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Provide support for employee relations initiatives, such as disciplinary actions or conflict resolution.
- Check employees' documents for accuracy and completeness, maintain an effective employee record management, and prepare periodic standardized reports.
- Assist with new-employee orientations
- Support HR Manager with processing organizational exits and termination
- Responsible for the medical insurance policy for all employees
- Execute and co-ordinate with responsible person for deletion of separated employees from human resources system, like medical, GOSI.
- Follow up on daily attendance, late arrivals, absence, etc. and assist employees in respecting attendance policy.
