Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Eastern Operation Head to lead and oversee our operations in the Eastern region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in operations management, team leadership, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives in the Eastern region.
- Lead and manage the Eastern operations team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and employee engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational initiatives, process improvements, and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all Eastern operations.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience in operations management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives
Excellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
Knowledge of industry regulations, market trends, and best practices in operations management
Willingness to travel as needed to oversee operations in the Eastern region
