Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Eastern Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth in the Eastern region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, business development, and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets and business objectives in the Eastern region.
- Lead and manage the Eastern sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities and drive customer loyalty.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
الشروط والمهارات:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in sales management
  • Willingness to travel as needed to oversee sales activities in the Eastern region
