Planning for the company's human resource needs and working to provide them
- Follow up on recruitment and contracting procedures with employees, whether from inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or abroad
- Follow up on the procedures for creating, amending and canceling jobs according to the approved organizational structure
- Follow up on work practice procedures for new employees in different departments and sections
Maintaining employee files in the company and developing the necessary supporting documents
Keep copies of employee identification documents, which must be kept and preserved
- Follow-up and coordination of the employee performance appraisal process, whether during the probationary period or in the two evaluation periods
Organizing training courses for employees in coordination with the directors of departments and sections in the company
- Preparing the monthly statements of salaries and wages for the employees of the company
Monitoring and disbursing overtime payables in the company
Coordination and preparation of employee contributions to social insurance
- Preparing promotions and bonuses lists for employees in the company
Monitoring official working hours, holidays and official holidays for employees in the company
- Follow-up and coordination of the internal and external recruitment process for the company's employees
Monitoring and following up on employee leave of all kinds
Work to provide medical treatment and social care for employees in the company
Follow-up on taking disciplinary measures and measures against employees who violate regulations and instructions
- Coordinating the visits process for the company's guests and visitors
- Follow up procedures for employee termination of services and final clearance
Maintaining commercial records, Chamber of Commerce subscriptions, and articles of incorporation for the company and its branches
Maintaining necessary records and reports on employees
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the line manager
Requirements:
Experience in government sites such as: Resident, Ministry of Human Resources, Social Insurance and others
Minimum three years experience in human resource management
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or its equivalent
