JOB SUMMARY:
- Perform accounting procedures under the supervision of Senior Financial Analyst and prepare and examine financial records, accurately and perform overviews of the financial operations of a business in order to help it run efficiently.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements and capital expenditure schedules.
- Prepare, record, analyse and report accounting transactions and ensure the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles.
- Provide financial support including forecasting, budgeting and analysing variations from budget.
- Analyse and prepare statutory accounts and financial statements and reports.
- Conduct or assist in the documentation of accounting projects.
- Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by the Company.
- Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity.
- Perform other applicable tasks and duties within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities, commensurate with his/her assignment.

Bachelor’s Degree
For fresh graduate
Knowledge of computer system (Microsoft Office including Excel)
Relevant Certification
Good knowledge and adherence to financial standards
Knowledge in preparation of reconciliation of accounts payable, receivable
Hand on reconciliation, General Ledger, Bank Transactions (Span, Master Visa Amex) reconciliation
Must know how to perform good customer service
Motivate and inspire others, promote positive morale, enhance performance of others, and model organizational values
