- Provide functional expertise, and best practices and recommendations regarding the execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Apply expertise to demonstrate how digital communications can improve the reach and enhance effectiveness campaign content.
- Create, measure, analyze and optimize marketing-related content performance in the various digital communication channels and provide insights and key learning to affiliated teams.
- Gather, synthesize and apply digital insights to inform campaign strategies. Develop campaign success metrics, and track performance against goals.
- Contribute to thought leadership for the digital communications strategy.
- Continuously advance knowledge of emerging technology, providing inspiration and thought leadership to all projects and departments.
- Develop and maintain launch plans for new products and campaigns related to existing products
- Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business and/or equivalent contemporary marketing work experience, 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
Highly creative with experience devising effective digital assets, digital campaigns, and web presence.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns cost effectively.
Excellent organizational, communication and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
