Job description:
- Implementation of plans, policies and procedures necessary for the functioning of the department and approval of the authority.
- Work on developing the work performance of the department to ensure efficiency in performance and accuracy in achievement and quality of work.
- Communicate with regional managers to follow up their needs and develop the necessary mechanisms that will ensure the completion of the services required by the department
- Preparation and follow-up of work contracts and renewal and signature with employees.
- Prepare administrative decisions for employees and issue them after approval by the holder of the authority and circulate them to various relevant parties.
- Preparing the schedule of public holidays in coordination with the departments and follow-up implementation with various bodies
- Follow-up, termination and procedures of the workers after returning from the leave and coordination with the salaries section in that.
- Preparation and processing of the payroll section of the documents and documents specifying the monthly entitlements of the employees by their dates.
- Provide staff reports on request.
- Follow-up procedures for assigning staff to special assignments, which are time-limited
- Handling complaints of employees and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Keeping and recording documents related to the employee file.
- Supervising the computer program accredited with human resources in terms of data entry, processing, updating and printing the necessary reports.
- Application of procedures and methods of control of attendance, attendance and departure.
- Providing the various departments with the required documents and documents.
- Preparation of letters of identification and experience and the removal of the party to the employees in accordance with the approved policies and regulations.
- Supervising the application of sanctions, rewards and violations.
- Supervising the recruitment of Saudis and non-Saudis in the region based on the approved plan.
- Supervising the implementation of development and training plans for the region's employees.
- Overseeing the cars of the company and follow-up maintenance with the support services department.
- Supervising all tasks related to the passports and residence of non-Saudi employees.
- Work on the continuity of the work of Saudi employees of the company and motivate and develop.
Requirements:
  • Computer proficiency
  • Qualified university or diploma with six years experience
  • CHRM and CHRS are preferred
