Job description:
- Supervising the development of plans and studies to end customs clearance procedures, determine the requirements for its completion, and follow up the processing of transactions
- Daily and immediate follow-up of all imports of the company in all ports according to the purchase and shipping data and what it receives from the purchasing department or the relevant departments and follow up the dispatch, receipt and receipt of original documents required for customs clearance
- Arrange and prepare all necessary documents to clear all imports before the date of arrival and follow-up with sections related to the company and shipping companies and clearing companies and suppliers and the Ministry of Commerce or any government agency requires the clearance of documents, and review the papers of the shipment and all the necessary legal documents and verify the arrival of the shipment to the correct destination affiliated Of the company.
- Arrange and follow up the work of all offices delegated clearance and ensure that they perform their tasks (time, cost, quantity and quality of the right) and follow-up of the duty of customs duty daily work required to ensure the completion of work
- Organizing and following up all transactions and documents related to delivery orders, shipping documents and permits required for clearance from all relevant parties (certificates of origin, laboratory certificates, etc.) and pre-arranging any imports that may require special certificates from any party or laboratory before arrival of the goods to avoid delay clearance.
- Responsible for collecting the necessary information and data to complete the process of customs clearance with full responsibility for its accuracy and accuracy and ensure that it follows the demands of the Saudi Customs Authority in addition to daily communication with ports, shipping companies and customs clearance companies and requires communication with suppliers.
- Follow-up and preparation of all the requirements of the customs paper on the exemptions and other provisions.
- Coordination and daily follow-up with all relevant departments within the company in respect of shipping operations.
- Verification of the collection, arrangement, documentation and archiving of all forms and copies of surveys, invoices and other papers with files of imports.
- Prepare and review the cost of shipping reports from different countries on a monthly basis with the recommendations he sees regarding it.
- Follow-up and review of the offers of shipping companies and local and international customs clearance.
- Request and follow up the amounts of compensation from shipping companies in the event of delay in access or presence of tuning or errors.
- Follow-up of cargo insurance operations.
- Follow-up after clearance of each shipment received with the Warehouse and Production Department to verify the consignment of the shipment of documents and invoices.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing.
  • Mastering the use of computer systems and the Internet in terms of work.
  • Preferably who has experience and background previous shipping and clearance systems for perfumes and cosmetics.
