Job description:
- As a part of the HelpDesk Team will be responsible for delivering support to stores. The target is to record incidents and resolve some of them. Those unresolved should be passed to 2nd/3rd level support team after investigation.
Requirements:
  • university degree in the field of computer science, information sciences, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 year experience help desk or IT field.
  • Intermediate knowledge in MS-Sql server 2008.
  • Experience troubleshooting basic HW, operating systems, network, software, printing problems.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional Arabic & English written and oral communication skills.
  • Willing to work variable shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Language requirements:
  • English-fluent
Employment type:

Salary Range: 6,500 S.R.
