Job description:
- Studying and developing internal organization of the company and its impact on the flexibility and implementation of operations.
- Prepare and develop the organizational structure of the company, explaining the units and relations between them and the distribution of roles and identify the administrative names of the work team.
- Analyzes and describes jobs based on the goals and objectives of the company and determines the appropriate qualifications to fill the appropriate scientific qualifications and the duration and type of expertise required
- Uses the statistical methods used to predict human resources such as quantitative methods and methods based on the assessment of work effort and meet supply demand and address the surplus deficit and identify the specific needs of employment
- Establishes and maintains good relations with the supply sources of applicants
- Plan and implement a plan for the announcement of vacancies
- Plans and executes - solo or with the participation of people's supervisors - preliminary interviews Selection of applicants for certain positions
- Conducting and evaluating the performance of periodic staff
- The human resources officer shall meet with the resigning employee and discuss with him a dialogue about the reasons for leaving the job and what problems hinder his continuation with work and treatment. He shall prepare a special report for each case.
- Periodical reports are periodically prepared to discuss the reasons for leaving work and how to treat them
- In conjunction with the supervisors of the people, the preliminary tests (technical, psychological, skills, mental and other) shall be placed for applicants

- Prepare and develop the mentoring program for new employees and prepare a monthly report showing the levels of performance achieved and the extent of their administrative discipline
- Prepares and analyzes the turnover rate of labor per month and explains the reasons that cause the rise and what treatment methods.
- Evaluates and develops strong relationships with training providers and provides information on their training programs
- Examines the training needs of the company's employees and develops and implements the annual training plan
- Develops and implements the annual training plan of the company based on a previous study of training needs
- Determines the criteria for nomination of trainees to join the training dowries
- Evaluate the training process and use scientific methods to measure the impact of training
- Develop and develop the performance evaluation plan with the participation of the people's supervisors as required
- Provides the necessary information and tools for supervisors to perform the performance evaluation process
- Prepare a periodic report that shows the performance levels of the company and ways to remedy the problem of low levels of performance
- The system of rewards and incentives for material and moral staff of the company and verify the nominations received from the people's supervisors and ensure the effectiveness of the system of motivation constantly
- Measuring the job satisfaction of the company employees at intervals to verify the availability of supportive work environment.
- Send alerts and notifications of non-response to administrative instructions and record this in a special record
