Job description:
- Receiving customer requests and dealing with them professionally.
- Maintain a distinguished relationship between the company and its customers.
- Working diligently and enthusiastically to promote the company's products and explain its advantages to customers.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Be careful to follow the company's procedures regarding the sale.
- Respond to phone calls to customers and meet their requirements.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the branch and pieces.
- Periodic report of missing items and lost sales as a result of the branch manager.
- Handling customer complaints related to cutting.
- Pay attention to customer service programs and deal with the ISO programs in the company and related to the submission of reports and models of its own periodically
Requirements:
  • Preferably who has experience in the same field
  • Selling skills and communicating with others
  • A minimum public school
  • Preference for Saudis and then holders of transferable residence
  • Ability to interact with colleagues
  • Commitment to deadlines
  • Ability to adapt to changes and developments in systems and procedures
Language requirements:
  • English-good
