- Answer queries about the conditions of staff, and extract required statistics as directed.
- Collect, tabulate and analyze statistics and statements on human resources in the company.
- Identify the needs of manpower, and prepare the projects and recruitment plans.
- Review applied CVs and applications and sort them by the job description for the job position advertised.
- Communicate with candidates for jobs with respect to their CVs, and his negotiation and the procedures for appointment.
- Design and follow-up of employment advertisements, published in the various media advertising, according to the instructions.
- Receiving applications for employment and classify, unload data, evaluate summaries and lift them to the director of administration.
- Follow-up periodic reports on the employees.
- Follow-up and windup the financial and administrative matters of the staff.
- Coordinate with the companies which offered technical support.
- Review and enter data of employees in the electronic HR systems, and update them.
- Maintain up-to-date records about the position and transfer of all labor force, including record history, current terminations, resignations, assignments, transportations and promotions.
- Develop/ modify application forms including the development of online operations.
- Participate in meetings of the interview committee and other committees of human resources according to the directions.
- Preparation of special reports in the field of requested manpower.
- Follow up the development of modern technologies in the human resources, application and propose how to use them in the company.
- Do any other works assign by his direct supervisor, and related to the nature his work.
- Prepare salary statement, allowances and bonuses, and verify the data for each employee's name appears in the salary statement.
