- Contract procedures: Prepare and sign rental contracts, verify driver's licenses and identification, and explain insurance terms and policies
- Delivery and receipt of cars: Checking the condition of the car (scratches, fuel, odometer) upon delivery and receipt, and documenting this in the approved forms.
- Managing leasing operations: achieving goals and offering additional services
- System and data management: accurately entering customer and contract data into the electronic system
- Follow-up: Following up on car return dates, dealing with complaints, and coordinating car maintenance
- Ensure the readiness of the cars
