Preparing lists of financial expenses and quarterly and cash liquidity
- Conservation and supervision of all contracts for the company regarding rents and contracts with any of the service agencies and companies
- Planning and drawing the proposed future financial strategies for the company and submitting it to the General Manager
- Dealing with all banking procedures and transactions for the company's accounts
- Follow -up and review of salaries and reports for penalties and reward for all employees after their approval from the Human Resources Department
- The budget management placed for the branches, with recommendations and suggestions for managing the company for any of the expenses and revenues for the branches
Providing the company's estimated budgets
- Contributing to planning and decision -making processes regarding financial development
- Maintaining the financial level of the company
Data analysis and financial information at the end of each Gregorian month
- Preparing financial reports and periodic financial statements for the Insurance Authority and avoiding any financial inquiries related to the company
- Checking the company's tax reports and their compliance with the controls approved by the Ministry of Zakat and Income
- Follow up the external auditor and ensure that the company's annual budget is extracted and handed over to the concerned authorities (Ministry of Zakat and Income / Ministry of Trade / Insurance Authority)
Performing and following any other instructions related to work by the administration
Requirements:
He holds a license for the Saudi Accountants Authority
