- The primary responsibility of the Production Lead Engineer plan, design, control and continuously improves complex manufacturing processes/systems to produce quality welded pipes.
- Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, modify and Implement manufacturing standards, work instructions, and procedures.
- Analyze daily, weekly and monthly production reports to generate monthly status report stating deviations against business plan, corrective and preventive actions, manpower status, consumable status and production line status
- Analyze workers and machine productivity, process and machine bottlenecks. Resolve them with the help of concern departments and by applying new methods and procedures.
- Check and monitoring the actual work on factory site to identify deviations and scope of improving productivity
- Control and reduce the cost of production by optimum utilization of man, material and machine.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an Accredited University
Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Engineering in Steel Pipe industry or similar field
Demonstrated ability to lead, acknowledge, develop, communicate & implement a strategy to ensure compliance
Experience with the lean principles of Standardization and proven ability to implement and sustain standardized processes
Ability to present data effectively in various formats; Word/Excel tables/PowerPoint presentations
Strong process improvement mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
