Job description:
1. Supervising the property of the owner of hotels, resorts and chalets and follow up their affairs and coordination between the concerned authorities in all matters related thereto.
2. Organization of work and defining the terms of reference and responsibilities of the administrative levels supervised by the coordination between the departments headed by them and other departments in the work, which leads to regularity of work and overcome difficulties.
 3. Supervising the preparation of the organizational work policies and procedures in the departments supervised and approved by the owner of the authority and review and update whenever necessary.
 4. Follow up the implementation of maintenance and operation contracts for all properties and facilities in a manner that ensures their efficiency, quality and safety.
 5. Supervising the implementation of the operating contracts concluded with the operators of hotels owned by the owner and following up the fulfillment of that entity with all its contractual obligations in order to enable it to operate and manage the hotel in a professional manner in accordance with the standards of operation of internationally recognized hotels within the framework of the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Its survival in the degree of its classification and the rights and interests of the owner.
 6. Supervise the completion of all collection activities of contracts for the rental of shops and contracts for the sale of residential apartments and rental of property and facilities through automated systems for the follow-up of real estate establishments in accordance with the regulations governing this.
 7. Follow-up purchase and sale of real estate to the owner company.
 8. Develop plans that assist in the execution of the operation and maintenance works of the owner's property.
 9. Follow up the fixed assets in the hotel and accommodation facilities owned by the owner and supervise the implementation of the inventory in conjunction with the financial management.
 10. Prepare regular monthly reports on the progress of work and the status of the owned enterprises and submit them to the authority holder.
 11. Prepare an annual and quarterly work plan for the department
 . 12. Preparation of performance reports for department heads and discussion with subordinates.
 13. To review the regulations and procedures of the work and then follow the commitment to implement and implement them as well as work to update them as required and required by the business interest.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master of Business Administration or Administrative Sciences or Economics
  • Practical experience in property management for at least five years
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English
  •  Complete mastery of the use of the computer and its applications
  • Familiarity with everything related to property management systems, hospitality and tourism
