Tasks:
- Implementing human resources policies efficiently and effectively
- Participate in the recruitment and selection processes of new employees
- Providing support in analyzing training needs and organizing training programs
- Contribute to developing the performance management system and monitoring employee performance
- Dealing with labor relations issues and providing support to employees
- Supervising the rewards and benefits system fairly in accordance with policies
- Adherence to legislation and policies related to human resources
- Maintain accurate employee records and update them regularly
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or diploma in a related field
Previous experience in human resources and its procedures
A deep understanding of legislation and policies related to human resources
Analytical skills and effective decision making
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to deal with confidential information confidentially and professionally
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
