- Providing administrative and organizational support to the team and senior management
- Coordinating meetings, preparing the agenda, and writing minutes of meetings
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence and organizing documents and archives
- Follow up and organize work schedules and appointments to ensure adherence to deadlines
- Handling phone calls, responding to inquiries, and communicating with customers or suppliers
- Preparing periodic reports and providing support in preparing presentations and official correspondence
- Support daily administrative operations such as ordering office supplies and coordinating logistical activities
- Assist in coordinating the company’s internal and external events and activities
Requirements:
Experience in an administrative support or similar role
High communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using computer programs, especially Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to organize files and documents accurately and orderly
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Language requirements:
English-fluent
