- Review the departments and government agencies to clear the transactions of the company and its employees.
- Carry out passport procedures such as issuing or renewing residence permits, exit and return visas.
- Taking action related to the Labor Office such as the application for work permits and work visas.
- Taking measures related to the Chamber of Commerce such as ratifying letters and renewing the membership of chambers of commerce.
- Taking measures related to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, such as completing the visa procedures and requesting the approval of the documents.
- Take measures related to police and traffic such as issuing and renewing vehicle forms
- Updating and updating all requirements of forms, documents and governmental procedures in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Extracting, renewing and following up driving licenses and accessories.
- Reviewing municipalities and issuing licenses.
- Review of social insurance.
- Preparation and preparation of reports on a weekly and monthly basis and to limit the results if required.
- Ensure that the Director of Government Relations and the Director of Human Resources Department are informed of all of the above.
Requirements:
Two years of experience in the same work assignments
Public secondary education
Dealing with the computer
