- Analysis of customer needs, objectives and safety needs.
- Seeking knowledge of interior design.
- An initial conception of the functional, aesthetic, and concept areas that fit the standards.
- Develop and present a final design proposal through appropriate presentation methods.
- Preparation of work drawings and specifications for building materials and various details, materials, finishes, furniture and constants such as bathroom and equipment and its conformity with the system and scientific evidence.
- Cooperation with professional services and obtaining technical licenses in the fields of mechanical, electrical, loads and special requirements for approval.
- Preparation of customer preferences and contracts.
- Review and assess design during implementation and after completion of the project.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Engineering
Experience working on the AutoCAD program
Experience in working on Photoshop and design programs
