- Compiling plans for the company’s manpower needs, and developing a plan to secure the approved needs through recruitment, training, promotion and transfer based on the recommendations of the Human Resources Director and submitting them for approval according to the authorities and in accordance with the estimated budget system.
- Submitting recommendations regarding establishing rules for promotion, bonuses, and other incentives on the basis of a fixed system for evaluating performance development
- Follow up on employment applications, in terms of the policy and procedures of advertising, examination, selection, contracting, initial orientation and confirmation, according to the instructions of the approved Personnel Affairs Policies and Procedures Manual.
- Supervising the implementation of training according to the approved plan, and ensuring that it achieves its goal, by evaluating the results for each trainee, and submitting his observations and recommendations to the person responsible for each of them.
- Supervising the timely issuance of employee evaluation reports, auditing them, and reviewing recommendations regarding bonuses, promotions, and penalties in terms of their legality and consistency with public policy and with the allocations approved for them.
- Supervising the setting of Saudization rates and submitting recommendations to senior management in this regard
- Supervising the development of lists of approved training centers and constantly evaluating them
- Supervising the development of specific lists of approved recruitment companies and constantly evaluating them
Requirements:
Familiarity with the systems of government agencies and government websites (Ministry of Labor system - Labor Office - Social Insurance - Medical Insurance - Human Resources Fund (Hadaf) - Muqeem - Madad - Ejar platform - Chamber of Commerce - Qawi - Madad - Salama)
