Job description:
- Participation in the meetings of senior management and expressing opinion in the results and decisions
- Participation and attendance at the regular meetings of the administration
- Participation of the Director of Quality Assurance in the planning of internal audits
- Reviewing quality control reports and making appropriate improvement decisions according to corrective and preventive measures
- Participate in the formulation of the main objectives and plans of the institution
- Responsible for the planning and operational programs of the quality management department, which ultimately aims to achieve the main objectives of the institution
- Responsible for following up the implementation of the plans for the management of quality control
- Participation of the management representative of the quality system in the development of plans and provide advice and advice
- Training personnel working in quality management on their work and transfer their experience to them so that they are qualified to replace him in case of vacancy
- The issuance of appropriate decisions within the limits of his powers, which may be a reason to improve the performance of the quality control system
- Submit a weekly report to the Director of Quality Assurance to show what has been done and what has been postponed with a reason
- All of the above should be done in accordance with the approved formal quality management procedure
- The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the maintenance of all quality management records of quality management procedures and all its work is subject to internal review
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering - Quality Department
  • Experience of at least 7 years in administrative work in industrial establishments, including at least two years in the same position (external experience) - 3 years in the post of Quality Controller of imports or quality control of final product (internal experience)
  • Passing the concepts of quality systems and internal audit and requirements Specification: ISO 9001-2000
  • The skill of formulating and setting goals, effective planning and decision making based on facts and good dealings with computer programs and office equipment
  • Excellent leadership and management skills and extensive knowledge in the field of manufacturing and trading of wood and metal furniture, aluminum works and contracting
  • Communication skills and communication of technical information to non-specialists
  • Coordination and distribution skills, prediction and strength of observation and negotiation in the fields of work
