- Responsible for increasing, developing and closing sales
- Presenting products and services to prospects and customers
- Identifying market segments, important customers and business opportunities.
- Identifying the key accounts to approach for opportunities.
- Visiting potential customers and prospects for new business;
- Performs sales presentations including product and solutions demos and collecting customer requirements.
- Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
- Following-up on the project from an account management point of view: cross sell, up sell, conflict resolution, payment recovery issues.
