A salesman with experience in selling building materials and paints is required. Knowledge of all types of building materials and paints in order to meet all customer requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Customer reception and guidance within the store departments
Provide accurate information such as product features, prices and after-sales services. Responding to customers regarding products and services
Show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy
- Preparing and processing various promotional offers
Supervising the consistency of storage operations and the quantities displayed on the shelves
Supervising procedures for returning and replacing products
Coordinate with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times
- Introduce customers to the latest offers and special discounts on an ongoing basis
Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Permanent access to new products and services
