Working full-time in two shifts: at 8 am, leaving at 1 pm, from 4 pm, leaving at 10:30 at night
mission:
- Follow up customers and respond to their calls and inquiries on a daily basis
- Making daily reports on customers and their requests, keeping them in files, and sending them to the administration on a daily basis
Collecting and organizing rents and following up on arrears
- Dealing with government documents confidentially, reading, understanding, recording and keeping them on the computer
- Registration of residential and commercial contracts on the government rental system (add - renew - extend - cancel - follow-up)
Keeping and reviewing official files and documents and updating customer data
- Managing, coordinating and creating offers and requests, classifying and arranging them in special files on the office or on the Internet
Going to the field and fetching offers from real estate, buildings, lands or apartments, meeting businessmen and receiving or handing over documents from them.
- Permanent, able and fast practitioner in computer programs and modern devices
- Permanent follow-up of the market movement and understanding of the conditions and times of supply and demand
Requirements:
Full proficiency and speed in dealing with computer programs
Honesty, honesty, tact in speech, and good looks
