Career Objective:
Direct point of contact with the client and responsible for ensuring that the client's needs and expectations are met
Functional tasks:
Acquiring new customers by communicating with potential customers
- Researching the client's business purchasing needs
Serving existing customers by improving their current purchasing plan
Modify sales methods based on new field tests and insights
- Sending customer requests and purchase orders
Maintain minimum monthly targets
Complete market research and monitor competitor activity
- Make recommendations to the client
- Building relationships and permanent communication with existing and potential clients
- A detailed explanation of all the products and services of the company he works for, and encourage customers to purchase them
- Attention to customer problems and assistance in solving them, and the transfer of complaints and suggestions to the management of the company
- Preparing clear work plans (daily/weekly/monthly) and making periodic improvements thereon
Executing any new work within the duties of the employee assigned by his direct supervisor
