Organizing appointments, preparing notes, conducting correspondence, attending meetings, editing minutes, and preparing and submitting work reports
Main tasks:
Organizing and reminding the director/chairman of appointments, dealing with inquiries and responding to them, and delivering mail and correspondence to the manager/chairman
Preparing periodic notes related to the work of the internal organizational units, conducting regular correspondence with external parties and having them signed by the chief manager and distributed
- Attending meetings and recording and editing meeting minutes
- Keeping documents and files related to the work of the director / president
- Preparing, submitting, documenting and archiving work reports
