- Customer reception and guidance within the store departments
Provide accurate information such as product features, prices and after-sales services
- Responding to customers regarding products and services
Show comparisons between prices and additional features to encourage customers to buy
- Preparing and processing various promotional offers
Supervising the consistency of storage operations and the quantities displayed on the shelves
Supervising procedures for returning and replacing products
Coordinate with the retail sales team to provide excellent customer service, especially during peak times
- Introduce customers to the latest offers and special discounts on an ongoing basis
Submit periodic reports on customer feedback to the Store Manager

Requirements:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Practical experience as a sanitary and building materials retailer or work in sales
Familiarity with the principles of consumer behavior
Knowledge of proper storage procedures for products
Proficiency in performing calculations on the accounting program
The ability to achieve the required sales percentage
Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
Ability to work different times
