- Follow-up industrial expenses and methods of distribution over the stages of production and the deviations that occur.
- Monitoring the mechanism of dispensing raw materials on production requests and the resulting deviations
Closing production requests and the reasons for cost imbalance, if any
- Daily and monthly comparisons of production processes in terms of the cost of raw and ready materials
- Making the necessary reports in terms of savings, differences and deviations, whether in quantities or prices
